MBH Maschinenbau & Blechtechnik GmbH has a broad and modern base in automated robot welding technology. With our systems, we offer maximum welding speed and minimum rework. MIG/MAG welding enables us to join materials together efficiently and meet the highest standards for medium and large series. With many robot systems, including automated torch changing units, we are able to handle even complex tasks. In addition to the standard MSG welding processes, we also offer special processes such as tandem welding to achieve maximum deposition rates. The productivity of this technology can hardly be beaten. With us, you get consistent weld seam quality, short processing times and maximum reliability. Thanks to our in-house fixture construction capacities, we guarantee maximum precision and process reliability.

Laser welding technology for precise connections

Our laser welding systems with state-of-the-art technology offer precise and accurate processing for demanding applications. Equipped with up to 8 kW laser power, we enable high welding speeds and low heat input to minimize welding distortion. Welding of various sheet thicknesses is possible, whereby we save ourselves time-consuming weld seam preparations. Our weld seams are characterized by their quality. With our laser welding technology, we offer you the ideal solution for precise and reliable connections in your production.

ProcedureIn the hydraulic machine, a sheet metal part undergoes a series of alternating bends. The material is formed in the process and punched, laser or flame-cut parts, which can take from a few minutes to several hours to straighten manually, are flattened in just a few seconds.
