MBH Maschinenbau & Blechtechnik GmbH uses the latest equipment for CNC sheet metal processing, CNC laser cutting and CNC bending to ensure economical and high-precision production. Our technology enables us to produce laser parts burr-free and with any desired contour and precise cut edges, ideal for processing materials such as stainless steel, steel and aluminum. With a wide range of tools for the punching process, we offer processing such as countersinking, forming and thread pulling. The fully automatic loading and unloading system together with the use of the TruBend Cell 5000 bending robot enables us to produce bent parts with the highest technology. Our advanced bending technology ensures cold-formed sheets and profiles without the need for post-processing and guarantees maximum angular accuracy. MBH implements your individual wishes and requirements with precision.
In CNC machining technology, MBH Maschinenbau & Blechtechnik GmbH demonstrates outstanding capabilities in the precise machining of stainless steel, steel and aluminum. Our range includes high-precision CNC turning and milling work, which enables optimum preparation and processing of welded assemblies. Our systems support both conventional and automated milling work for reliable series production, including 3- and 5-axis machining. Hydraulic workpiece clamping and zero-point clamping systems enable flexible production without long set-up times. The use of pendulum operation in our systems strengthens our capacity to produce complex and precise parts of the highest quality. Procedure | In the hydraulic machine, a sheet metal part undergoes a series of alternating bends. The material is formed in the process and punched, laser or flame-cut parts, which can take from a few minutes to several hours to straighten manually, are flattened in just a few seconds. |
