Ensuring the highest quality standards through certified quality management and advanced testing procedures.
Our quality assurance is structured by the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Process reliability and the expertise of our team are the cornerstones of our quality standards. We use a variety of test methods, including non-destructive tests such as visual testing VT by DIN EN ISO 17637, magnetic particle testing MT by DIN EN ISO 17638, dye penetrant testing PT by DIN EN ISO 3452, and ultrasonic testing UT by DIN EN ISO 17640. Our quality controls also include advanced 3D measurement technology, spectral analysis, hardness tests, and preparing initial sample test reports by VDA. These extensive measures guarantee that every product meets our high-quality standards.
Quality is the top priority in our production. We guarantee the highest quality standards by using modern technologies and continuously training our team. Our approach includes active quality assurance through automatic recording of all quality-relevant welding parameters and the use of modern testing methods that ensure the reliability and durability of our products.
We are certified according to the following:
• DIN EN 1090-2 (Welding of steel structures)
• DIN EN 1090-3 (Welding of aluminum structures)
