With our zertificate EN 15085-2 (Level CL1), we meet the highest requirements for welded assemblies in rail vehicle construction. Our production capabilities enable the manufacturing of complete frames, bogies, and chassis.
The qualification of our welders according to EN ISO 9606-1 and the approved procedures in accordance with EN ISO 15614-1 form the foundation for precise and reproducible results at every stage of production. Our processes ensure maximum structural and functional reliability, as well as complete traceability of every weld seam.

ProcedureIn the hydraulic machine, a sheet metal part undergoes a series of alternating bends. The material is formed in the process and punched, laser or flame-cut parts, which can take from a few minutes to several hours to straighten manually, are flattened in just a few seconds.
