MBH manufactures complex assemblies made of stainless steel and aluminum for industrial applications. The focus is on the economical production of welded assemblies in medium and large series through to ready-to-install system solutions.

Quality and documented production processes

Stainless steel and aluminium assemblies are manufactured in accordance with recognized technical regulations and documented quality processes. This ensures a high level of process reliability and a standard-compliant design of the assemblies. Our production is certified in accordance with AD 2000, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, DIN EN 1090-2 and DIN EN 1090-3, among others.

These standards form the basis for precise welding processes, especially for load-bearing aluminum constructions and sophisticated stainless steel welded assemblies. Qualified welding supervisors, certified welders and documented production processes ensure consistently high quality and repeat accuracy in series production.

Assembly manufacturing covers the entire production process. Design, welding, mechanical processing and assembly are optimally coordinated. This results in ready-to-install assemblies with high dimensional accuracy, short throughput times and stable series quality.

With 240 employees and a production area of 24,000 square meters, MBH has extensive capacities for the production of stainless steel and aluminium assemblies in medium and large series. Modern machinery enables the use of various welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG and hand laser welding.
