Whether for the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry – you can rely on our precisely manufactured sheet metal assemblies, (pressure) vessels and stainless steel welded constructions. The smallest roughness values can be produced. MBH has a large, separate production hall for the perfect processing of stainless steel and aluminum materials, which guarantees a strict black/white separation. With AD 2000 certification for container construction and state-of-the-art technologies such as an automated container grinding system and plasma taphole welding, we guarantee the highest quality. This production system makes it possible to process components up to 2 meters wide and 2.5 meters in diameter. Various welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, orbital and plasma spot welding are used. With more than 20 welding workstations and a team of qualified welders and fitters, we are able to manufacture everything from large stainless steel assemblies to complete systems, including assembly.

These height-adjustable tables are flexible and mobile, equipped with a hydraulic lifting column that requires no maintenance, cables or batteries. Procedure | In the hydraulic machine, a sheet metal part undergoes a series of alternating bends. The material is formed in the process and punched, laser or flame-cut parts, which can take from a few minutes to several hours to straighten manually, are flattened in just a few seconds. |
